A2: We offer free online assistance during warranty, free software update, free training for new staff. Within warranty, if the module is damaged, you can send it to us and we will repair and send it to you for free. For video processors & sending cards, you can send to us, we will repair and send them to you. For other small spare parts, we will send new ones to you after receiving pictures of damaged spare parts.
Q3: What service can you do after Warranty Years .
A3: To all Excel LED Customers , as long as the parts can be fixed , you can send it to us , we can fix it for you free . If it is not available to be fixed and need new replacements , we will charge accordingly.
